I am taking some time off. I hope that you have a few days off as well to enjoy your family and all the hard work you have put into making your Christmas a lovely day for your family.
Even though I will be away from my clients I do plan on working out. The Christmas holidays are not a time to stop your workouts. Taking some time away from the busyness to workout is exactly what you need.
Put on some music. Stretch, relax and exercise. Let exercise take you away for awhile.
If you're not already working out on a regular basis this might be the perfect time to start. Especially if you have a few days off. Exercise is not a chore, it is a way to pamper yourself.
I have posted a video on you tube that will have you exercising with a towel. I've been incorporating these exercises and more into some of my classes and you really do feel the burn. It feels great.
The following video is about 10 minutes. If you find yourself too too busy to try this workout during the holidays do hang onto it and try it in the New Year. I love working out with towels and I think you'll like it too.
It would be great to hear how you are all doing with your workouts. It may be a place where we can encourage one another.
