Soon it's time to get out the spring/summer clothes. My clients & I are paying very special attention to the arms.
We have nice small muscles in our arms. Work them out regularly you can certainly get your arms in shape before the nice weather hits. I've had one comment on my blog regarding kitchens.
Did you know that you can get some toning in while working in the kitchen. How about some pushups using your counter top. You can do some squats, some inner thigh work while making dinner.
Why not, put some music on and get your exercise in while cooking dinner and cleaning up.
