T-shirt weather is just around the corner

Soon it's time to get out the spring/summer clothes. My clients & I are paying very special attention to the arms.  We have nice small muscles in our arms. Work them out regularly you can certainly get your arms in shape before the nice weather hits. Start with some basic bicep curls and the overhead press 3-4 times a week and by the end of the second week you'll start to feel muscles you havn't felt in a long time. Start with 6-8 repetitions of each exercise. 3 sets. I've had one comment on my blog regarding kitchens. Did you know that you can get some toning in while working in the kitchen. How about some pushups using your counter top. When Life Gets Too Busy

I have not been on here for awhile. Life, with the family has been extremely busy. I find that when things get hairy I always put my business on the back burner. I am a Personal Trainer/Lifestyle Coach. My business name is Yak's Healthy Lifestyles. I work one on one with women or in a group setting in homes or in the workplace.

In setting women up for success, my goal is to really get to know my clients and design an exercise program that will work within their busy schedule. Time restraints, physical limitations, exercise equipment one already has, likes and dislikes pertaining to exercise are all taken into consideration.

Very often it is one's personal struggles that get in the way of taking care of themselves. As a Christian woman I have been know to work one on one with women helping them to overcome obstacles that may be stealing her joy.

My expertise lies in fitness, nutrition, marriage, becoming an overcomer, de-cluttering home and life.
