Most of us have heard how making up a story board when goal setting will help us with achieving our goal.
Well, why not make up a story board for your fitness & nutrition goals. They do work. My story board contains a picture of a woman (the size I would like to be). It contains colorful vegetables, a basket of apples, a glass of water with strawberries in it.
My problem is night time eating. I get it under control, lose weight then I start eating too many nights in a row and instantly the weight is back on. Our story boards need to be where we can see them at all times. My lives on my fridge. This way when I go for my night time snack, I see my colorful fresh fruits & veggies and usually end up not eating at all.
It has worked, I have lost weight. Your story board needs to contain your favorite foods, maybe even some exercise equipment. That would be a nice little reminder that when you're boared and want to eat you can go exercise instead.
