Evaluate Priorities. Make yourself one.
Take Baby Steps. Decide which step(s) are a must in order to implement your new change. Don't rush the process.
Be Patient. You probably won't change overnight. Be very proud of the fact that you are making a change and enjoy the process.
Think of yourself a little differently. If your goal is to get healthy, this positively that you are making changes, you are no longer a couch potatoe. That was yesterday, today is a new day.
Use your planner as a fitness planner. Book your workouts in. They are important.
Do not set yourself up for failure. You know who you are, what you will and will not do. Set a realistic time frame for yourself and exercise. It does not have to be alot of time. Even 10 or 15 minutes to start.
Start now. Using whatever equipment you have around the house. Remember no equipment is necessary.
Change your eating habits. Even slightly. Visit my website at http://www.yakshealthylifestyles.bravehost.com for my healthy eating tips.
Do not give up. If you find yourself slacking off a little do not be too hard on yourself. Remember this is a lifestyle change and any change is difficult. Forgive yourself and get back at it.
Get some help. Find a personal trainer that can help you implement an exercise routine that will fit into your lifestyle. It is very important to do all exercises properly to avoid injury and to get the most out of every exercise. I know you don't have time to waste.
One final tip. Enjoy!
